This is our 3rd Mr Cool unit, last two ordered from Chill Mini Splits. First one ordered thru a different company only lasted year & a half before compressor failed, but the last two orders units have been preforming very well
I'm a school teacher and this was a big purchase for us, but the guys at Chill were able to reassure of everything. We got our system in aboeu a week and everything has gone well so far!
We purchased a rental property that has 2 mini splits. The remotes were extremely difficult for guests to figure out. This mini stat is super easy to install and is very intuitive for guests to use. I highly recommend!

I purchased a 2 head 27k unit. Read alot of reviews and chose mr cool. Delivery was pretty quick [came on truck freight] Install went easy and instructions were well worded. Highly recommend considering if you are looking for a unit to heat / cool an area in a garage or addition.

It was to large of wire for the unit, I did not use it as 10 gauge wire was what it called for. But no need to return it after you charge me 25 percent restocking and shipping. Someone should know the proper size of wire??

They did not fit on my metal building, the building had uneven metal with ribs. The brackets would not work on this. would like to return for a refund. Had to mount units on concrete pads

Waiting for delivery, I get a call; when would you like us to deliver your heat? Like a week and 4 days ago, why should I have to wait so so long for delivery? I paid 100% 2 weeks ago!!!
Trucking company called and said they would drop them off at street between 12 and 4 tomorrow and driver could not call me. If that happens I will contact my credit card company for a full charge back. Customer service is very bad and no e has kept me informed. Sorry That I even purchased them
