I never received a part and tried to email about canceling or a refund on that part, no response. The products are great, the retailer not so much

We installed our Mr. Cool Mini Split in an area of our home that is either too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. Its made a huge difference so far this summer and we are looking forward to seeing how it does this winter when it gets cold out. Its very quite in the room its installed in. You can barely hear it running. So far very happy with it. The install was not bad at all just had some help with the electrical as it is an older house and we were not feeling very confident about doing that ourselves. Over all very pleased with our purchase and will most likely be buying another for our office building.

I had 2 estimates for a new 12k mini split—$6,000 and $9,000. So I bought and installed a MR Cool 5th generation setup out of rage! It has been a year and it works great. No problems so far. Did the whole install in about 12 hours over two days, including YouTube video time. It’s not “incredibly easy” to install as some reviewers say, but it’s not crazy hard . I did the whole thing for about $2,400, including a trip from the electrician to run a new line. Just shows you how much HVAC tech companies are profiting with their installs and spare me the whining about overhead.

Certainly the pre-charged lineset takes a lot of the guesswork out of the installation. I chose to torque my connections, and yes you can use an automotive Torque wrench. You have to weld an old socket on the end of an open ended wrench and keep the modified wrench at 90 degrees to your torque wrench handle, then set 35 ftlbs on the torque wrench and 20 for the small connection. made a custom rack to run my linesets on as shown in the photo.

My minisplit works well. Install was straightforward. When you make a purchase this large you’re not only buying the product but also taking a gamble on the company you are purchasing from. That’s where the 2 stars comes from. Good luck getting anyone to reply to an email or even pick up the phone. Communication is lacking and often I had to email multiple times to even get a response. Still have not heard back about returning unused equipment.

We purchased Mr. Cool for our cabin. Shortly after installing it, air temperatures hit the 90’ and the Mr Cool was up to the challenge. This is well designed for DIY and is a great purchase!

Delivered with care on time from Chill. I installed it on the main level of my Air BNB which is 1007 square feet. The upper level and basement levels are both blocked off. IT COOLS QUICKLY! Very quiet. I can monitor and adjust it on my phone. We really like it.👍👍

Not too hard to install and works wonderfully! Customer service /tech support was soooo helpful and friendly when I couldn’t get the app to work. We got it figured out though!

We are very please with our Mr Cool Mini-Split unit. The air handlers are extremely quiet and the condenser unit outside quiet as well. Could not be happier and highly recommend MrCool

I dont like to give bad reviews but in this case this bracket is terrible. I do not recommend it. I see pics of other installed brackets that dont seem to have the same problem so maybe mine was a later made bracket but I assure you that mine is not well made. The condenser when mounted on the bracket will not be level. It hangs downward when the weight is on it. I used the leveling bolts to no avail. I had to shim behind the bracket on the bottom to get the unit to stay level. I love my Mr Cool mini-split units but this bracket is poorly designed to put it mildly.

These condenser risers are fantastic, I didn't want to drill into the concrete and these are the perfect solution, they are a very practical solution with a small footprint and easy to install, 10/10 would go with this again every time

The Chill Mini Splits has been a game changer in my enclosed porch. It cools quickly and quietly. I love that it is in the ceiling and blends in perfectly.
