The newly designed MRCOOL 4th generation Advantage Series 24,000 BTU ductless mini split air conditioner has improved efficiency ratings up to 17.5 SEER and is competitively priced. It provides maximum comfort and is designed to heat and cool 1,100 square feet without requiring any ductwork. This system also comes with a 16 ft. install kit that includes a 100% copper line set. Both the wall mounted air handler and the condenser operate quietly for your comfort while also being eco-friendly, with chlorine-free R-410A refrigerant

A little nervous ordering from a smaller company, but they were excellent with customer service they responded to messages very quickly. Love the Mr Cool mini splits. I have installed quite a few. However, this one wont turn on . But tech support ect.. jumped right on it and are shipping me a new part. Things happen just a part of life. I will continue to buy these units .
So far it's a awesome unit , time will ultimately tell, but first impressions I like it.
