The first condenser stand was damaged and a leg missing in shipment. Chill was awesome and expedited another stand to keep me on schedule.

Delivery was about a week late… received our 30,000 btu Pioneer unit on Thursday… today is Sunday, my HVAC Tech pulls the 12,000 inverter out of the box… all the coils are crushed. Wow! I will update this review as we proceed. BTW, this is my 4th Pioneer Mini Split… I have Pioneers attention… I hope Chill will rectify. Either way, I will update. No one wants to deal with scammers. Let’s see.

Just wrapped up the install on the 55k btu unit. The 9k btu heads cool the regular size rooms down great! We used a 24k unit in the main living area. Wiring was easy, unit was in great shape when it arrived. Super quiet. Installing this myself saved me at least $12,000 compared to hiring a company here in Ca central coast. Thanks chill and thanks Mr. Cool. -

How can I give a review when I don’t have it yet?
Haven’t received the item yet, the tracking information is lacking any details on when it will arrive ,other than a date. No updates.
This is my second Mr Cool, or maybe third since this one is a two-zone! I didn't even shop other brands, simply looked for where to buy Mr Cool. Our house has hot water baseboard heat, so no AC. I installed the first about 4 years ago and love it. It has served us well cooling our family room. But we have a guest wing of the house that needed AC so I installed a two-zone in that area. Mr Cool is great and the service/delivery from Chill Mini Splits was flawless. Highly recommend.
Ordering was very easy, shipping was fairly quick. Was delivered in excellent condition. the shipping companies very helpful all around. I would give it a five star.

My original remote completely died, and every other remote I found online was missing functionality. This one had all the functions for my mini split, and at a good price!
Installed 3 weeks ago and they keep throwing errors. Hopefully buying a different brand soon.

Was a relatively easy install of you have basic trades skills. Works great, and is very quiet. I install this in a basement apartment due to no existing ductwork. A mono dot was an easy choice for this application, but I like it so much, I plan to install another unit for the test if the house.

My building is 840 ft.² so I bought the larger unit so that I would have plenty of coolness. My Building has two bedrooms one on each end and it does not Cool 1100 square-foot as advertised. The bedrooms stay at 80° when I have the unit set on 72.
