The 36,000 BTU condenser can cover up to 1,500 sq ft with each wall mounted 18K air handler covering up to 750 sq ft. This air conditioner is ENERGY STAR certified, and features advanced Wi-Fi that allow you to control your home's temperature via a smartphone app from anywhere.
