Pre-Purchase Price Match Policy

This Price Match Policy applies only to requests submitted and approved before an order is placed. Chill Mini Splits does not provide post-purchase price adjustments under this policy.

How to request a price match

Before purchasing, email sales@chillminisplits.com or call (888) 231-8920. Provide the competitor's current public product-page URL, the competitor's price, your delivery ZIP code, and the exact product or system you want to purchase. A screenshot may be requested, but a screenshot alone does not establish eligibility if the offer can no longer be verified.

Eligible offers

To qualify, all of the following must be true when Chill Mini Splits verifies the request:

  • The competitor's item is factory-new, unused, unopened, and identical in brand, model number or SKU, voltage, capacity, configuration, included components, and manufacturer warranty.
  • The item is in stock, available for immediate purchase, and available to ship to the same delivery address.
  • The seller is a U.S.-based retailer authorized by the manufacturer to sell the product and honor its factory warranty.
  • The price is publicly advertised and available to the general public without a private login, paid membership, individualized quote, or special eligibility.

How prices are compared

We compare each seller's complete pre-tax delivered total for the identical item and delivery address, including all mandatory product, shipping, handling, and delivery charges. Any matched Chill Mini Splits quote will include all mandatory Chill Mini Splits shipping, handling, and delivery charges for that address. Sales tax is not included because tax depends on the transaction and destination. Financing costs, rewards, gift-card value, and optional services are not part of the comparison.

If an offer is verified and approved under this policy, Chill Mini Splits will provide the matched price through a custom quote, invoice, or discount before purchase. Approval applies only to the quoted item, quantity, customer, and time period.

Exclusions

The following do not qualify:

  • Marketplace or third-party sellers, auction sites, liquidation sites, classified listings, peer-to-peer sellers, or unauthorized dealers;
  • Used, returned, open-box, refurbished, reconditioned, display, scratch-and-dent, damaged, clearance, closeout, discontinued, or liquidation merchandise;
  • Bundles that are not identical, free-item offers, buy-one-get-one offers, rebates, mail-in offers, gift cards, loyalty rewards, coupons, promo codes, or other offers that cannot be applied to the identical item on the same terms;
  • Membership-club pricing, employee pricing, military or other group pricing, contractor or trade pricing, wholesale or bulk pricing, negotiated or personalized quotes, and prices requiring account-specific eligibility;
  • Financing, lease-to-own, deferred-payment, interest-rate, or monthly-payment offers;
  • Pricing errors, typographical errors, misprints, expired offers, out-of-stock items, limited-quantity offers that are no longer available, or offers that Chill Mini Splits cannot independently verify;
  • Taxes, installation, maintenance, extended warranties or protection plans, haul-away, permits, or other services; and
  • Offers for products that cannot be shipped to the requested address or that would not include a valid U.S. manufacturer warranty.

Additional terms

  • A price match cannot be combined with another Chill Mini Splits coupon, promotion, membership benefit, rebate, or negotiated discount unless we expressly approve the combination in writing.
  • We may limit matched quantities to a reasonable household or project quantity.
  • Submitting a request does not reserve inventory or guarantee approval. Chill Mini Splits may contact the competitor or manufacturer to verify the offer and may decline a request that is incomplete, unverifiable, fraudulent, or not reasonably comparable under this policy.
  • Prices and availability can change at any time. A price match is valid only for the period stated in the written quote or approval.
