The new Boreal Brisa 12,000 BTU 115V ductless mini split air conditioner has improved efficiency ratings up to 18 SEER and is competitively priced. It provides maximum comfort and is capable of cooling and heating up to 550 square feet without requiring any ductwork. This system also comes with a 10-12 ft. copper lineset and install kit. Includes WiFi and free UV filter!
