The new Boreal Brisa 24,000 BTU ductless mini split air conditioner has improved efficiency ratings up to 17 SEER and is competitively priced. It provides maximum comfort and is capable of cooling and heating up to 1,000 square feet without requiring any ductwork. This system also comes with a 10-12 ft. copper lineset and install kit.
