I replaced my old worn out package heat pump and "holy" crawl space duct work with two (24&18btu) Mr. Cool multi zone systems and, so far, am very impressed by how well they handle my needs! I am anxious to see how they do during the winter months for heating, but as of now, I couldn't be happier with my purchase!! Installing myself saved me a bundle and was fairly easy to do!! This is my second Mr Cool mimi split install in the past year. Installed 2 cassettes this time. It was going good until I tried to start the unit up. Got error code PC03. Did some research, and checked all wiring and line connections. The next day I took off the outside unit cover and found a wire connector to the high pressure switch was not fully plugged in (see attached photo). So, plugged it in where it snapped into place. Put cover back on and tested unit. That did the trick. Unit is working just fine now.
