Description
The MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Generation 24K BTU unit is an indoor wall-mount air handler for an MRCOOL DIY 5th Gen ductless heat pump. It is rated 208/230V and pairs with a matching MRCOOL DIY 5th Gen condenser, sold separately, to provide heating and cooling. It mounts to most interior walls with the included mounting plate and is designed to connect with MRCOOL's DIY QuickConnect pre-charged line sets (sold separately), so no vacuuming is needed during a DIY install.
Air Handler Only (Not a complete system)
Control the air handler with the included wireless remote, the SmartHVAC app for Apple and Android devices, or hands-free voice commands through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. The remote's Follow Me® function lets the air handler adjust airflow based on the temperature at the remote's location, and Dry Mode helps reduce indoor humidity. Operating modes include Cool, Heat, Auto, Dry and Sleep.
Sold separately: This listing is the indoor wall-mounted air handler only. The matching MRCOOL DIY 5th Gen condenser (outdoor unit), the DIY QuickConnect pre-charged line set, and the DIYPRO cable are sold separately. A compatible MRCOOL DIY 5th Gen condenser is required for heating and cooling.
Backed by MRCOOL's 5-year parts warranty.
